1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using this Site, registering for a webinar, booking a discovery call, submitting a form, purchasing services, or interacting with our AI systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Site and our Services are intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. OUR SERVICES

EngageCoreRx provides AI-powered communication and engagement solutions, including but not limited to:

  • AI Voice Agents
  • Automated lead follow-up systems
  • SMS and email automation
  • Google review automation
  • Chatbot implementation
  • Webinar funnels and marketing systems
  • CRM configuration and optimization
  • Related consulting and strategy services

All paid Services are governed by separate written agreements, order forms, proposals, subscription terms, or invoices. These Terms do not replace or override those agreements.

4. NO GUARANTEES

You understand and agree that results are not guaranteed. Business outcomes depend on factors beyond our control. Our Services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and results.

5. USER REPRESENTATIONS

  • You will use the Site in compliance with applicable laws.
  • You will comply with SMS and email communication regulations.
  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You will not use our systems for unlawful or misleading purposes.

6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems
  • Reverse engineering workflows or AI systems
  • Sending spam or unlawful communications
  • Interfering with platform functionality
  • Misrepresenting your identity

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, including branding, AI scripts, automation structures, templates, graphics, and methodologies are the intellectual property of EngageCoreRx (Uprising Now, LLC) unless otherwise stated.

By submitting a form, booking a call, or registering for a webinar, you consent to receive communications via email, SMS, or phone. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis and are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise specified in writing. All payments, including setup fees and subscription fees, are non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle. Services will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Lifetime, promotional, or grandfathered pricing remains valid only while the subscription remains active and in good standing. If the subscription is canceled, suspended due to non-payment, or terminated for any reason, promotional or grandfathered pricing may not be reinstated.

10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Our Services may utilize third-party platforms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, or policy updates. Your use of such services is subject to their terms.

11. DISCLAIMER

The Site and Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EngageCoreRx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EngageCoreRx and Uprising Now, LLC from any claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. TERM AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services for violations, non-payment, or misuse.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
